Air Malta inspire their passengers to help
Passengers with Air Malta are getting the chance to help people with disabilities this summer. In July and September, cabin crews on selected flights will hand each passenger a collection envelope, inviting contributions to the charity, Inspire.
By providing services and initiatives for special needs groups, Inspire aim to address educational, social, recreational and therapeutic needs for 1000 babies, children and adults. Donations help create increasing independence, a higher quality life and social integration, regardless of their disability.
Air Malta’s participation in this ongoing campaign is greatly appreciated by Joshua Farrugia, Fundraising Manager of Inspire: “We are pleased that Air Malta is offering its support once again this year. As an organisation, we pride ourselves in providing a high quality service with an efficient management system and low administrative costs; however without the support and commitment from the public and companies such as Air Malta, we would not survive. As an organisation we depend on voluntary giving.”
Air Malta Chief Executive Joe Cappello responded: “Air Malta is proud to be able to provide tangible assistance to organisations that work hard to add value to our society. We thank our passengers and cabin crew for their support which encourage us to assist these organisations reach their goals.”
Currently, Air Malta is the only airline providing ongoing support for NGOs. Their interest in the Maltese community has always been high on their agenda and they support and encourage local organisations in any way they can.
Air Malta currently have regular flights out of Bristol Airport. If you are looking for parking at Bristol airport then how about using Bristol Valet Parking.
