Bristol Airport launches new customer satisfaction survey
In a bid to improve the way they meet the needs of South West businesses, Bristol airport have this week introduced a new online customer survey.
The survey is aimed at business users and is intended to work hand in hand with a customer focus evening where interested parties will be invited to come and discuss their views. The operator South West Airports hopes to learn more about what business users think of the airport’s facilities, the range of flights available and the choice of airlines.
At a time when many firms are cutting down on travel expenses, it’s imperative that regional airports like Bristol make their services both attractive and cost effective for businesses.

As well as giving you the opportunity to air your views on a number of subjects, you’ll also have the chance to register for the customer focus group which will take place on Thursday 25th November in Bristol City Centre.
